| Pike & Fischer Launches VoIP Monitor April 28, 2004 WASHINGTON , D.C. -- Top communications policy and business publisher Pike & Fischer (P&F), a subsidiary of The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc., announced the launch of VoIP Monitor (www.voip-monitor.com), the definitive weekly publication devoted to the IP telephony world. Voice-over-IP (VoIP) technology is quickly changing traditional telephone services and spurring competition among communications providers.
